Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases on justforyou.live, operated by JustForYou (proprietor: Krishna Kumar).

Before payment

You can cancel at any time before paying simply by not completing checkout. Nothing is charged, and unpaid drafts are deleted automatically after 3 days.

After payment: within 24 hours

You can cancel a paid order within 24 hours of payment, as long as the gift link has not yet been opened by anyone. When we cancel it, the gift link is switched off and you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, as described in our Refund Policy.

When an order cannot be cancelled

• More than 24 hours have passed since payment.
• The gift link has already been opened.

If something is wrong with your gift, you can still edit its content for free using your edit link. Technical faults on our side are always covered by the Refund Policy.

How to cancel

Email support@justforyou.live or WhatsApp +91 62043 48818 with your gift code (or the email you paid with) and your payment reference, and write "Cancel my order". We confirm cancellations within 1 working day (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST).
